CFO – Kenya

My client is an early stage Venture Capital backed agricultural business that produces several organic crop varieties. They export to Europe and the USA and are extremely successful, they also promote diversity and employ a high percentage of female operatives. 

Reporting to the MD and working with the management team your role will be to implement systems and put in place structure and sound financial reporting. Coming from an Agri or manufacturing background its most likely that you will have costing and management accounting experience and that you will be able to see and communicate with the team on which products/customers are more profitable. You will clearly be involved in customer pricing and will be involved with bank and other financial service presentations. Supporting the business you are going to be pivotal in the development of this business working with the team they will seek your knowledge for guidance and best practice.
