CFO – Kigali

I’m currently looking to recruit a CFO for a UK based company that operates in Kigali in Rwanda. Backed by investors and primed for an IPO in the near future I’m looking for a qualified CFO who can roll their sleeves up and put the systems and procedures in place. This is a role for someone who enjoys taking an early stage company currently turning over 25m USD  through to expansion and maturity.

A qualified accountant you’ll likely come from a manufacturing, FMCG, Mining or Oil and Gas background therefore understand the costing and production processes. It’s going to be you who will put the governance in place and deal with investor relations, banks and authorities both in Rwanda and also in the UK. I need someone with high values and ethics who will enjoy being in Rwanda and also helping a company with a high profile to further develop and grow. Not to be underestimated, this is an outstanding opportunity.

Qualified ACA, ACCA, ACMA

Manufacturing, Production, Mining or Oil &Gas sector

Strong governance, controls and procedures

Experience of Investor relations and or IPO

Overseas and Expat open for this role – UK accounting experience would be desirable although not essential
