CFO – Malawi

My client is a large international Food and beverage production organisation who have several divisions producing a range of products across the group. They employ around 4’000 people and have been in operation for over 20 years.

They now need to recruit a CFO to work alongside the CEO and to assist with key activities across the group. They are looking for an extremely bright and competent qualified accountant who can work across multiple business divisions. You are likely to be involved with business modelling, looking at and analysing key business fundamentals and working with the management in creating a finance department that supports and adds real business value. You will also be involved with internal controls and the implementation of systems that add value and creates clear visibility. In addition to producing the numbers you will essentially be the right-hand person to the CEO, therefore communication is of paramount importance as is your ability to see and understand the operation of the business and how various factors effect change
