I’m currently recruiting for a flour milling organisation who operate three large mills in the Middle East region with a fourth mill soon to be developed. They are now looking for a Technical Chief Miller to assist them with the mill update, the development of staff and to assist the management with the selection the appropriate equipment and machinery.

As chief and leading miller you will have a sound technical background in milling and will be able to communicate with numerous cultural and ethnical backgrounds. Ideally you will have both a technical background showing experience of mill upgrades and factory development plus the hands on day to day management. You will be fully conversant with best practice and will be able to bring in latest milling techniques to maximise optimisation.
