My client is an established residential housing construction organisation who have a reputation for delivering high quality housing at the middle to high end market in Ghana. Due to their success and expansion they now need to recruit a Chief Operating Officer to assist the CEO with driving profit, analysing the business and providing strategy to enable them to grow and develop.

Deputising for the CEO you will also be responsible for departments including sales and marketing, development, construction & purchasing, lettings and Facilities Management. Essentially, you will be managing staff, processes and resources to drive long term growth and sustainable profit of the business.

I’m therefor looking for a candidate who has had significant experience in the housing construction sector and has operated at the No2 level previously. Ideally with residential or other similar sector experience in Africa or developing counties.
