I’m currently recruiting for a COO for a large flour milling organisation who also have a base Saudi Arabia. Producing over 5000tpd of flour this is a large production operation and as such it needs someone who has an impeccable background in flour milling.
Having worked for European or American milling organisations I’m looking for someone who has outstanding technical milling skills and it’s highly likely that you’ve also been involved with mill designs and upgrades. You will have worked for large milling plants using the best equipment and will understand how to maintain them and operate them to their highest level.
Your management skills will also be outstanding since you will be managing a plant with milling operatives from multiple countries, languages, and diverse cultures.
