Commercial Manager/COO – Dubai

I’m currently looking to recruit a Commercial Manager/COO for a FMCG/Food producing organisation who operate in West Africa. My client is a producer of flour, pasta and other agri related products. They are now looking to recruit a Commercial  Manager to help them further grow and succeed in West and East Africa.

Reporting to the CEO your role will be to oversee business projects, analyse company strengths and weaknesses and make recommendations for future growth and initiatives. You’ll be identifying business opportunities, look at impact and the financials. You’ll be working with the marketing and advertising teams overseeing company projects. It’s a full on commercial role as you would expect and will involve some travel to West and East Africa. You’ll attend industry events, keep upto date with trends and developments and conduct market research to inform strategic business decisions.

Ideally – MBA, and BA in marketing

FMCG or Food related sector experience.
