Country Manager

I’m currently recruiting for a No1 position based in Tanzania for an organisation who specialise in the distribution of Tech and agriculture products.

As the Country Manager your role is to head-up and lead the company from a commercial and financial prospective. You’ll have full P&L responsibility but moreover you will have the responsibility for generating business and developing relationships with distributors and other key organisations which could include Government offices.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate a track record and understanding of tech products and or agricultural products. As the No1 you will train, motivate and lead the company forward helping to make this business profitable and increasing market share.
