Country Manager – Uganda

My client is an international distribution organisation who have been established for over thirty years. They operate throughout Sub-Saharan Africa providing state of the art technology and Agri equipment to empower African business to grow and develop.

They now need to recruit a Country Manager (No1) position for the operation based in Uganda. This is a No1 role and as such you will have full P&L responsibility for the business managing its people, systems and challenges. Therefore, I’m seeking a solid and experienced people manager someone who is used to the challenges in Africa. Its also important that this person is able to develop business and will have experience of doing deals in Africa in either an Agricultural or IT related sector.

My client offers a competitive salary, car, accommodation and bonus that can equal 50% of the annual salary.
