Feed Plant Operations Manager

I’m currently recruiting for a Feed Plant production manager for a newly acquired feed plant based in East Africa. This private equity backed plant plans to restart production and increase output with the addition of new varieties of animal feed. Initially producing poultry feed my client plans to introduce other lines. As production manager you will be responsible for the whole operations including other departments such as stores, quality and H&S etc. I need a self starter, someone who is ambitious and could see themselves in a few years as General Manager. Experienced feed production and or wheat milling is desirable.
