My client is part of a large group that produces flour, animal feed, poultry, edible oil and other Agri related products in South East Asia 

They have recently reached out to me to help them find an Operations Manager for the Flour Milling business in Thailand.

I’m therefore looking for a senior qualified milling professional with around 15-20 years of wheat flour milling experience accompanied by a relevant degree in Mechanical or other manufacturing-related field. As the Ops leader for this mill, you’ll be supervising all the relevant department heads such as quality, production, maintenance and logistics etc.

You’ll be responsible for the plant operations including working closely with the commercial team with price calculations and wheat production formulas. There will be much problem-solving and finding ways to optimise production.
