General Manager

I’m currently recruiting for a Commercial General manager position for a property construction company based in Accra who are incredibly successful. I need someone who has a background in either construction or real estate who reporting to the CEO will help steer the company forward.

I need a commercial minded GM for this role someone who can manage several departments including Facilities Management, Construction, HR, Sales, letting and the legal team. As the GM you will engage with the employees and train or motivate the operation helping to steer the company in a forward thinking more effective organisation.

Reporting to the CEO and being the No2. in the organisation your role will encompass many activities. I’m therefore looking for someone who has superb communication skills and also understands the Ghanaian community, above all a solid business operations management background.
