General Manager – Property Development – Accra, Ghana

My client is a residential and commercial property development company, they also have a division focusing on facilities and property management.

Reporting to the MD of the group company your role as General Manager will be to manage the business, overseeing the management of the properties constructed by the parent group and also implement strategies to acquire new property management contracts. You’ll be dealing with high-end clients such as Embassies, High Commissions, Multinational companies and Government Organisations. You will have client relationship management, team leadership, financial management and new business acquisition responsibilities.

This position is full-time with a good basic USD salary and benefits

Qualifications :
