I’m currently recruiting for a Group Head of Human Resources for a group of companies that operate in the manufacturing sector in Nigeria. My client is part of an internationally owned business that operates in the beverage, packaging and FMCG sectors.

They currently need to recruit a HR Director to assist them with the management of the company and leading the HR function which consists of around 15 HR employees. As a HR Generalist you will proven ability and experience at strategy and operational organisation with excellent project management and strong analytical and metrics.

As Group Head of HR your role will be to drive the thought leadership for the business and support the companies philosophy and be a brand ambassador for the company.

You will implement budgets and targets for the group , manage the HR shared services infrastructure and foster and develop best practice. Talent acquisition will also be fundamental as will training and development, employee engagement team leadership and management.
