Head of Training

My client is the leading producer of  mechanical machinery and equipment used in the flour milling and food production sectors. They are currently looking to recruit a Milling Expert Trainer to work in the East African head office milling school. This role will be responsible for  customer training and internal employees.

Duties will include:

organise training in the milling school

create documents and update training material

Develop and train other teachers within the milling school

Supervise the clients and customers guiding them through training and providing guided tours etc

The ideal candidate will have substantial technical flour milling experience gained from working within the industry and will be competent and be able to communicate effectively at all levels. This may suit a variety of people at all levels and backgrounds, it also has the advantage of being located in beautiful Nairobi, home to outstanding wildlife and nature.
