I’m currently recruiting for a Human Resources Manager for a group of companies that operate in the FMCG food manufacturing sector in Angola. My client is part of an internationally owned business that operates in the food commodity, beverage and retail sectors across Angola.

They currently need to recruit a HR Manager for a specific combined role that encompasses both the Learning & Development and Talent acquisition departments together. I’m looking for someone that has specific skills in these areas that can bring their experience and talent to the business. You will be an expert in Talent management and will be able to understand where the skills gaps are and put in place strategy to bridge this gap with new and existing talent. As a L&D expert you will also be adept at implementing career plans with projects, E learning ¬†and with digital technology. Reporting to the Group HR director you will be given the resources to recruit additional members to the team therefore creating an expert department within the L&D and talent resources. This is a new role and provides and outstanding opportunity for a HR professional to take their career forward.
