M&A Banker – Nairobi, Kenya

A new opportunity currently exists for an experienced banking professional to join one of Africa’s most prestigious  VC/PE/Investment Banking organisations in Africa. My client is seen as operating in the top sphere of their field and often in the top league tables for investment Banking.

They now wish to capitalise on their progress in Africa with the additional team to be based in Nairobi. Working on transactions across the African continent but with main focus on East Africa your role and responsibilities will include cradle to grave activities such as

• Identifying new clients
• Preparing new pitches, case studies, screening new clients for new mandates
• Executing DD and financial analysis
• Preparing information memos, teasers and deal collaterals
• Maintain relationships with repeat clients including PE investors

Ideally candidates will have 10+years in transactional banking related experience in investment Banking or Private Equity etc.
