Mushroom Farm Manager – East Africa

My client is a mushroom grower that operates in East Africa, they supply the home market and also export to other African countries.

They currently need to hire a production manager to undertake and supervise the growing of several varieties of mushrooms at this location in East Africa. I’m looking for somebody who has the expertise in mushroom growing, understands the complexities of the compost structure, temperature and spawn development. You’ll supervise a number of people and will have full responsibility for the production amounting to approximately 5 tonnes  per week. My client will provide a competitive salary and other ex pat benefits.
