Operating Partner – Venture Capital Investor

Bourne Recruitment is recruiting for a venture capital organisation who specialise in FMCG, food, water, healthcare and sustainable infrastructure. They invest and build successful scalable businesses that transform lives in emerging markets.

They are now seeking to recruit a hight experienced Operating Partner either on a full time or part-time basis to help improve the business performance of recently established companies.

Your role will be to work with the portfolio companies both established and early stage to identify areas for improvement and actively participate in building their foundational processes structures and procedures. You will be involved with enhancing the companies implementing systems and streamlining processes to drive profitability.

Its likely that you will also be involved with Due Diligence, strategic guidance and exit strategy.

Qualifications – A strong background in managing and running businesses including previous roles as CEO, CFO, COO etc. most importantly executive positions providing practical understanding of how to optimise operations streamlining processes. Industry knowledge in food, healthcare, watering sustainable infrastructure. Extensive travel and extended periods of stay in developing countries.
