Plant Manager – Angola
My client is part a Group of companies who have operations in the Middle East and Africa. For the Pasta, flour and corn plant in Angola they now need a Plant Manager to oversee the three factories.
You will have daily operations responsibility which will include production, finance, marketing and operations. This is a full on role with total responsibility for the 3 plants. You’ll also be involved with creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business. You’ll be involved in revenue growth, profit operations production, quality, plant health and safety.
You will co-ordinate the development of KPI goals for the staff and direct reports and be involved with their development and growth objectives . You will organise work schedules, ensure maintenance plans are in place and ensure your factories are producing quality to customers.
This is an important role where you will enforce all company polices including safety, production, quality, marketing, Human Resources, customer services and accounting policies.
