Portfolio Manager

East Africa

I’m currently recruiting for a Portfolio Manager for a boutique corporate and investment advisory firm that covers the East African market. My client invests and advises in a wide variety of sectors including infrastructure, Agriculture, transport & logistics, commodities, and Financial Services.

As portfolio manager your role is to assist senior management in overseeing and managing investment assets and will have complete accountability for all phases of the investment life cycles.

You will help build long lasting relationships with clients, business partners, regulatory authorities and stakeholders of the invested funds.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years’ experience in international finance, economics, development finance or investment management. Experience in Private Equity in addition to working in Africa or knowledge of African social and economic political contexts would be a distinct advantage.
