Recruitment Consultant – West Africa

Bourne Recruitment is expanding and needs good people to support the business as it expands across Africa and other Emerging markets. I’m looking for several individuals who can help me to spear head expansion. As a recruitment consultant you will be involved in many different aspects of the business –  from business development, market research, interviewing and advising candidates on suitable positions. You therefore have to be highly motived, skilful and have a tenacity that is second to none. You’ll be communicating with senior level people across wide geographical locations and world time zones and cultures. You will attend trade fairs, network with people and search and select candidates for jobs. Ultimately you will be finding people for jobs ensuring the right candidates are selected and that all communication is concluded with both the client and candidate. It’s a difficult but rewarding job with huge potential for earnings.
