Are you a qualified miller with recognised milling qualifications and have  experience of managing a mill? Do you want to move to Australia for a once in a lifetime opportunity to join a leading milling organisation with sites across Australia?

I’m looking for a Mill manager who has had the managerial experience of operating a large mill with the usual operational heads such as Quality, Maintenance, packing, purchasing and logistics. 

For this role you will be the No1 on site and will be responsible for around 35 full time heads, you’ll lead and drive employees in total excellence. You’ll drive site financials as well as strive for optimal performance in production.

The successful candidate will have:

Milling qualification

Minimum 5 years of  operational management

Lean six sigma or similar total excellence

My client will assist with the necessary relocation & emigration documentation.
